Fundraising Updates
We received a grant from the Alpenglow Foundation for our continuing work acquiring the Unaweep Cliffs. Thanks, John & Laurel!
Christi Reece, the Realtor for the TV Wall and Lower Mothers Buttress parcels, donated $5,000 of her commission to the WCCC. Thanks, Christi! You rock!
We received a Conservation Grant from the Access Fund for Fall 2014 for the Unaweep Cliffs Project. Please support the Access Fund!
We received the first installment of $5,000 of our grant from the Alpenglow Foundation (John Catto's family foundation based in Aspen). THANK YOU!
We received a check for $3,000 from Shaw Construction to assist with our land acquisition project in Unaweep Canyon. THANKS, STEVE!

How long? I have access to quite a bit of timber up where my rigs are at. However, i would be limited by legnth to ~8'. you can reach me at 970-302-4955 (dial the area code), Mark
8' would be great. The creek seems to have an on/off switch somewhere upstream...
Garrett and me went up there to climb today and put a 8' 6" x 6" across the dry stream. It fit well between the rebar on both sides. The treated board isn't new but it is 90% rot free and sturdy. It came from Garrett's flower bed.
